A hidden gem in one of Cape Town’s oldest suburbs - Woodstock with a rich historical background. Frere Street Studios is located in the heart of the Woodstock community, which has become one of the creative melting pots in South Africa. The studios are surrounded by the street art of local muralist and graffiti artists and just a stone's throw away from the lower Woodstock Main Road - Albert Road. A walk down Albert road quickly reveals the dynamic blend which makes up Woodstock it is filled with various, antique and coffee shops, eateries, and most importantly the local friendly residents.
